Certilytics announced today it has promoted Jessica Kinnick to Director, Client Deployment and Implementation (CD&I).
Prior to taking on this role, Jessica was one of the first Product Managers at Certilytics, helping to define the company’s product-based development and customer implementation strategies. Jessica worked to grow the Product Management & Release team, launch new products, develop product documentation, and improve coordination and communication with existing customers.
Jessica’s new role as Director, CD&I underscores Certilytics’ efforts to grow and scale its commercial product offerings. Jessica will be responsible for working with new and prospective customers and ensuring a smooth onboarding process.
Prior to joining Certilytics, Jessica was the Director of Data and Analytics for two healthcare provider companies: Louisville-based Trilogy Health Services and, prior to that, Nashville-based Hospital Corporation of America.
